PIT (Performance Improvement Training)

Whether your child is a competitive athlete or just wants to have more fun on the playground, South Jersey Healthcare’s Performance Improvement Training (PIT) program can help them reach new heights. And unlike sports specific camps or fitness boot camps, PIT can improve your performance in all
areas of life—while putting the “fun” back in functional. SJH PIT incorporates International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA) principles of movement, which enhance athletic ability at any level.

Classes will focus on:

  • body mechanics
  • speed
  • agility
  • coordination
  • strength

Participants will:

  • gain confidence
  • problem-solving skills
  • social interaction
  • and a quality work ethic through positive reinforcement and innovative coaching techniques.

A fun and enthusiastic exercise environment allows each young person to reach his or her full potential.

  • 6-9 “Guided Discovery”
  • 10-13 “Learning Exploration”
  • 14-17 “Train with Application”
