SJH HospiceCare is a not-for-profit organization that emphasizes a team approach, Our mission is:

To provide excellent, cost effective, compassionate care to persons with life-limiting illnesses and their caregivers, offering them the opportunity to achieve their highest quality of life.

To support and educate our community regarding palliative care, hospice, death and dying, and bereavement.

Our vision is to be the premier provider of hospice care to the South Jersey Community.
Hospice Patients have a right to be notified in writing of their rights before care begins and to have access to additional policies and procedures established by the hospice involving patient rights and responsibilities. If the patient is unable to respond, the written notification shall be given to a family member or individual who is the patient’s legal representative.
