From Philadelphia via the Walt Whitman Bridge:

Coming over the bridge, stay toward left lane. Follow signs for Rt. 42 South (Atlantic City Expressway). Once off the bridge you will be on 42 South. Follow about 5 miles to Rt. 55 South. Take Rt. 55 South to Exit 29/Bridgeton-S.Vineland. At end of ramp, make right, following sign for Vineland. You are now on Rt. 552 West Sherman Ave.  At the 1st traffic light turn right into the SJH Regional Medical Center driveway. 

 

From Philadelphia International Airport:

Take Rt. 95 South to Commodore Barry Bridge and cross into New Jersey.  Take Rt. 322 east from the Bridge and go to Rt. 45 (Mullica Hill).  Rt. 322 dead ends into Rt. 45.  Turn right onto Rt. 45 and proceed into town of Mullica Hill. In Mullica Hill, turn left on Rt. 322 and proceed to Rt. 55 South. Take Rt. 55 South to Exit 29/Bridgeton-S.Vineland. At end of ramp, make a right, following sign for Vineland. You are now on Rt. 552 West Sherman Ave.   At the 1st traffic light turn right into the SJH Regional Medical Center driveway. 

 

From Points East -- via Garden State Parkway, Atlantic City, Mays Landing:

Take Parkway to Exit #36, Rt. 40/ 322 West. Follow until you come to a traffic light near Atlantic City Race Track and Hamilton Mall. Pick up Rt. 40 West to Mays Landing. Continue on Rt. 40 West through Mays Landing. Just after passing Lenape Plaza (see McDonalds on left) you will come to Rt. 552 West. Make left onto Rt. 552 toward Milmay/Millville. Follow for several miles and make right onto continuation of Rt. 552 West (Sherman Ave.). Do not follow Rt. 552 SPUR. After making right onto Rt. 552 West (Sherman Ave.), follow for several miles. Cross over Rt. 47 (Delsea Dr.) and continue on Sherman Ave.  At the 1st traffic light, turn left onto College Drive and then right into the SJH Regional Medical Center driveway.

 

From the Delaware Memorial Bridge: 

Coming over the bridge, stay to the right. Take second exit, Rt. 40 East (Atlantic City). Coming off the exit, continue straight through traffic light. You are on Rt. 40 East.  You will pass through the towns of Woodstown and Elmer.  Continue on 40 East until you come to Rt. 55. (FYI – You will be on Rt. 40 for approx. 25 miles.)  Take route 55 South to Exit 29 (about 10 miles). At end of ramp, make right, following sign for Vineland. You are now on Rt. 552 West Sherman Ave.  At the 1st traffic light turn right into the SJH Regional Medical Center driveway. 

 

From New York and Points North: 

Via NJ Turnpike, to exit #7: Take 295 South to Route 42 South; travel approximately two miles; take route 55 South to exit 29. At end of ramp, make right, following sign for Vineland. You are now on Rt. 552 (Sherman Ave.)  At the 1st traffic light turn right into the SJH Regional Medical Center driveway. 

OR, via NJ Turnpike to exit #2.  From exit, turn right onto Rt. 322, go approx. 3 miles, to dead end/traffic light (town of Mullica Hill).  At traffic light, turn right and in center of town, turn left on Rt. 322.  Follow that for approx. 3-4 miles to Rt. 55.  Take Rt. 55 South to exit 29.   Then follow same directions as above. 
            
From Trenton, New Jersey, area:

Take 206 South; Take 295 South to Route 42 South for approximately two miles; take route 55 South to exit 29. At end of ramp, make right, following sign for Vineland. You are now on Rt. 552 West Sherman Ave.  At the 1st traffic light turn right into the SJH Regional Medical Center driveway. 

OR, via NJ Turnpike to exit #2.  From exit, turn right onto Rt. 322, go approx. 3 miles, to dead end/traffic light (town of Mullica Hill).  At traffic light, turn right and in center of town, turn left on Rt. 322.  Follow that for approx. 3-4 miles to Rt. 55.  Take Rt. 55 South to exit 29.   Then follow same directions as above. 

 

Via NJ Turnpike, Rt. 77: Go south on Turnpike to Exit #2, Swedesboro/Chester (Rt. 322). After toll, make right at stop onto Rt. 322 East. Follow to light (see diner on left). Turn right onto Rt. 45 and go through Mullica Hill until you come to a fork in road. Stay left, following sign for Rt. 77 South. Proceed on Rt. 77 for several miles until you come to a traffic circle (Pole Tavern). Go half way around circle and continue on Rt. 77 South for several more miles. You will come to a traffic light with a Texaco on left and Hess station off to the right. Continue through light, pass McDonalds. Go 1.5 miles and look for a blue hospital sign on right. Turn left following sign. At stop sign, make left. Follow to Magnolia Ave. (next street) and make right. Hospital is one mile on left.

 

via 295 South:

Take 295 South to Rt. 42 South (Atlantic City Expressway) to Rt. 55 South. Take Rt. 55 South and follow to Exit 29/Bridgeton-S.Vineland. At end of ramp, make left following sign for Bridgeton. You are now on Rt. 552 West (Sherman Ave.). Follow about 7 miles until you come to a stop sign. Turn left onto Irving Ave. Hospital is about a mile on right.

 

via 55 South:

Take Rt. 55 South and follow to Exit 29/Bridgeton-S.Vineland. At end of ramp, make left following sign for Bridgeton. You are now on Rt. 552 West (Sherman Ave). Follow about 7 miles until you come to a stop sign. Turn left onto Irving Ave. Hospital is about a mile on right.

 

from Elmer: Take Rt. 40 East to Rt. 55 South (See directions from points North/Rt. 55 South), or pick up Rt. 77 South and follow into Bridgeton (See directions from points North/NJ Turnpike)

 

from Port Elizabeth, Mauricetown, Cape May: Take Rt. 47 North and follow to Rt. 55 North (Rt. 47 turns briefly into Rt. 347, before turning back to Rt. 47). Take Rt. 55 North to Exit 29/

 

Bridgeton-S.Vineland. Make left at exit ramp, following signs for Bridgeton. You are now on Rt. 552 West (Sherman Ave). Follow about 7 miles until you come to a stop sign. Turn left onto Irving Ave. Hospital is about a mile on right.

From Rt. 47, pick up Rt. 552 West (Sherman Ave.). Follow about 8 miles until you come to a stop sign. Turn left onto Irving Ave. Hospital is about a mile on right.

 

from Hammonton, Buena:

Take Rt. 30 South to Rt. 54 South to Rt. 40. (Rt. 54 South ends at Rt. 40). Cross over Rt. 40 onto Wheat Rd. From Wheat Rd. make first left onto Lincoln Ave. (Rt. 655). Follow Rt. 655 through Vineland to Rt. 552 West (Sherman Ave). Make right onto Rt. 552 and follow for several miles. You will cross over Rt. 47 and pass Rt. 55. Once past Rt. 55, follow about 7 miles until you come to a stop sign. Turn left onto Irving Ave. Hospital is about a mile on right.

from Salem, Shiloh: Take Rt. 49 East for about 15 miles, following signs for Bridgeton. You will pass through several towns; continue on Rt. 49 East into Bridgeton. You will pass a shopping center on left (see a Kentucky Fried Chicken). Continue one mile to Manheim Ave. Make left onto Manheim; follow to Hospital.

via Delaware Memorial: Coming over bridge, stay to right. Take second exit, Rt. 40 East (Atlantic City). Coming off exit, continue straight through light. You are on Rt. 40 East. Pass Cowtown Rodeo on right and at the second light turn left, following Rt. 40 East. See an Acme and McDonalds on right. Go 1 mile to traffic light. Continue straight through light, following signs for Rt. 40 East. Continue on Rt. 40 East until you reach a traffic circle (Pole Tavern). Pick up Rt. 77 South. Follow for several miles. You will come to a traffic light with a Texaco on left and Hess station off to the right. Continue through light, pass McDonalds and Burger King. Go 1.5 miles and look for a blue hospital sign on right. Turn left following sign. At stop sign, make left. Follow to Magnolia Ave. (next street) and make right. Hospital is one mile on left.

Via NJ Turnpike, 295: Take Turnpike south to Exit #3. Take 168 North a few miles to the 295 South exit. Take 295 South to Rt. 42 (Atlantic City Expressway). Stay on Rt. 42 for 1 mile, following signs for Rt. 55 South. Take Rt. 55 South and follow to Exit 32A/Vineland/Rt. 56. Follow Rt. 56 (Landis Ave.) East about 4 miles. Turn right onto State St.; the hospital is two blocks up on the left.

 

 Via Rt. 206: Follow Rt. 206 South to Rt. 54 South (Hammonton). Stay on Rt. 54 South until reaching the junction of Rt. 40 in Buena. Continue to travel straight onto Wheat Rd. (Rt. 619) for about 1/4 mile. Make a left onto Lincoln Ave. Continue on Lincoln Ave. to Landis Ave. (Rt. 540). Make a right onto Landis Ave. and proceed west to State Street. Take 295 South to Rt. 42 South-Atlantic City Expressway (you will be on Rt. 42 South for about 1 mile) to Rt. 55 South. Follow Rt. 55 South to Exit 45/Rt. 553-Centerton/Glassboro. Turn right off ramp onto Rt. 553. Follow to second traffic light (see food store at right; gas station on left). Make right at light onto Rt. 40 West. Continue until you reach the town of Elmer (see bank on left, diner on right). Go straight through traffic light, and bear left immediately onto Front St./Rt. 649. Be careful. This is a sharp turn across a well-travelled roadway. Hospital is about a mile on right.

 

Take Rt. 553 South (pass Rt. 55) and continue past Garrison Lake to a traffic light (food store on right). Make right at this intersection onto Rt. 40 West. Stay on Rt. 40 West until you reach the town of Elmer. Go straight through traffic light, and bear left immediately onto Front St./Rt. 649. Be careful. This is a sharp turn across a well-travelled roadway. Hospital is about a mile on right.

 

Pick up Rt. 77 South and follow to traffic circle (Pole Tavern). Go 3/4 around circle and pick up Rt. 40 East. Follow Rt. 40 East 3.5 miles to where the road begins to bend left (see flashing yellow lights). Make a sharp right onto Front St./Rt. 649. Hospital is about a mile on right.

 

 

Pick up Rt. 77 North. Continue about 8 miles until you come to a yellow flashing light. You will see signs for Alloway and Elmer. Make right onto Rt. 611 East/Shirley Rd. Stay on Rt. 611 for about 3 miles. Make left onto State Rd. Follow 1/2 mile and bear left onto Front St./Rt. 649. Hospital is on left.

 

 

Pick up Rt. 55 North and take to Exit 39B/Rt. 40 West - Elmer. Follow Rt. 40 West until you reach the town of Elmer. Go straight through traffic light, and bear left immediately onto Front St./Rt. 649. Hospital is about a mile on right.

 

from Port Elizabeth, Mauricetown, Cape May:

Pick up Rt. 47/Rt. 347 North and follow until it becomes Rt. 55 North . Take 55 North to Exit 39B/Rt. 40 West - Elmer. Stay on Rt. 40 West until you reach the town of Elmer. Go straight through traffic light, and bear left immediately onto Front St./Rt. 649. Hospital is about a mile on right.

 

 

Take Parkway to Exit #36 to Rt. 40/322 West. Follow until you come to a traffic light near Atlantic City Race Track and Hamilton Mall. Pick up Rt. 40 West to Mays Landing and follow several miles. Just past the Liberty Bell Tavern and Restaurant, Rt. 40 divides into Rt. 47 and Rt. 40. Follow signs for Rt. 40 West. Continue on Rt. 40 West until you reach the town of Elmer. Go straight through traffic light, and bear left immediately onto Front St./Rt. 649. Hospital is about a mile on right.

 

Pick up Rt. 30 South to Rt. 54 South. Follow to Rt. 40 (Rt. 54 South ends at Rt. 40). Cross over Rt. 40 onto Wheat Rd. From Wheat Rd. make first left onto Lincoln Ave. (Rt. 655). Follow Rt. 655 through Vineland several miles to a dead-end stop. Make left and quick right onto Rt. 55 North. Follow Rt. 55 North to Exit 39B/Rt. 40 West - Elmer. You will exit onto Rt. 40 West. Continue 5 miles until you reach the town of Elmer. Go straight through traffic light, and bear left immediately onto Front St./Rt. 649. Hospital is about a mile on right.

 

Follow Rt. 47 North to Rt. 40 West/Malaga. Follow Rt. 40 West until you reach the town of Elmer. Go straight through traffic light, and bear left immediately onto Front St./Rt. 649. Hospital is about a mile on right.

 

From Broadway (Rt. 49) follow to Market St. (Rt. 45 North). Continue on Rt. 45 North for several miles. At Rt. 40 intersection continue straight through traffic light (see WaWa on right). The road signs will now read Rt. 45 North/Rt. 40 East. Go 1 mile to traffic light. Continue straight through light, following signs for Rt. 40 East. Continue on Rt. 40 East until you reach a traffic circle (Pole Tavern). Stay on Rt. 40 East through circle 3.5 miles to where the road begins to bend left (see flashing yellow lights). Make a right onto Front St./Rt. 649. Hospital is about a mile on right.

 

Take Kings Hwy. (Rt. 551) to Rt. 694 South (Swedesboro-Monroeville Rd.) to Rt. 77. Make right onto Rt. 77 South and follow to traffic circle at Pole Tavern. Go 3/4 around circle and pick up Rt. 40 East. Follow Rt. 40 East 3.5 miles to where the road begins to bend left (see flashing yellow lights). Make right onto Front St./Rt. 649. From the North, via NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 4.
Take Rt. 73 north approx. 1 mile, to Rt. 295 south.
Take Rt. 295 south to Rt. 42 south.
Take Rt. 42 south to Rt. 55 south.   (Note:  Rts. 295 and 42 are heavy traffic areas during the       afternoon rush hour - 4 to 5 PM.)

Take Rt. 49 through Bridgeton.  Turn left (at traffic light) onto Rt. 638 (Burlington Rd.), at next traffic light turn right onto Rt. 552 (Irving Avenue).  In village of Carmel, Irving Avenue becomes Sherman Avenue.  Continue on Sherman Avenue to the intersection of Sherman Avenue and Orchard Road, Vineland.  The Fitness Connection is the large tan building on the left.

 

From POINTS SOUTHEAST:
Go to Rt. 49, then turn north onto Rt. 55.  Go to Exit #29 and turn right onto Rt. 552 (Sherman Ave.) and go to the intersection of Sherman Ave. and Orchard Rd.  The Fitness Connection is the large tan building on the left.

 

From POINTS EAST:
Take Rt. 322 to  Rt. 40 and go west.  Then take Rt. 552  to Sherman Ave.  Turn right onto Sherman Ave. (still Rt. 552) and go to the intersection of Sherman Ave. and Orchard Rd.

 

Take Interstate 95 South to the Commodore Barry Bridge.  Cross into New Jersey.  Take Rt. 322 east.  At the village of Mullica Hill, at the traffic light, turn right onto Rt. 45 and then in the middle of Mullica Hill, pick up Rt. 322 again (left turn).  Follow it for a few miles to Rt. 55.  Take Rt. 55 south to Exit 29.  Then follow same directions AFrom the North@ above.
