Garden AHEC provides speakers and programs on varied health and lifestyle topics to incarcerated youth at the Cumberland County Juvenile Detention Center as a supplement to regular school programming. Topics include careers in healthcare, employment opportunities at South Jersey Healthcare, job readiness, anger management, goal setting, communication skills, self-esteem, health and wellness. Garden AHEC provides 44 classes during the school year.
